Shipping Charges:
We are not here to make money on our shipping. We will however charge a flat fee of $15 to cover our expenses that include boxes and fuel to deliver your packages to our shipping carrier. All products are shipped UPS Ground, and usually costs about $20 for 25 pounds of product to mostly anywhere in the continental USA. Again, please call to confirm your totals as we will give you the cost of Shipping so you can add that cost to your payment.
Sell more, get a bigger fundraiser discount:
Just to give your fundraiser organization a bigger incentive, our price structure will give you more incentive to sell more to acquire a bigger profit. We know selling products as fundraisers is always a challenge as your group wants to sell as much as they can in order to acquire funding for their group. We have implemented a bonus strategy where the more you sell over a period of 1 year, from the time you start to 365 days when you started, to build your discount to the lowest price we can offer our fundraiser products.
Build your discount within one year:
We encourage all fundraiser organizations to have multiple fundraisers planned over the course of a year. - And with us you will have up to one-year to build your disount level. So now again you can focus on selling our products rather than attemptng to sell as many as you can to earn the biggest discount. 
Some organizations are more successful than others, but in the end, all groups who use us will realize we want to see them acquire as much profit as possible. Let's give two examples of what your organization could do: First, if your organization sells just our minimum, then the next time you place your order with us, the amount your ordered the last time is added to the quantity you ordered this time. This may drop you into our next discounted level where your group will get a bigger profit, and so on.
If your group hits our biggest discount level the first time, then there is no need to build to the biggest discount level. But for an entire year, if you sell below a smaller quantity, your discount will still be sold at the highest discount level. So overall, doing business with us makes sense as once you build your discount level, your organization will always be given that discount level for a full year.

We have high quality order forms designed for all our customers to sell our products with ease. Just tell us what kinds of products you will be selling and we will send you a digital copy of those order forms that you can print as many as you like for your next fundraiser.

Plan your fundraiser:
Like most fundraisers, always call to make sure we can schedule a delivery date. This is so we may put aside the resources needed to package and send your ordered products to you in a timely fashion. It takes approximately 14 business days to fulfill your order, that is for your order to arrive at your doorstep.
Not for Profit Status:
If you have a not for profit organization registered in the State of Pennsylvania, please provide us with a copy of your registration. Out of state not for profits must be registered in the State of Pennsylvania to receive not for profit designation. Packages Coffee and Tea are non-taxable items in the State of Pennsylvania. We also sell other products as well, so please neverless include a copy of your registration if you have one. Other products purchased that are taxable will be taxed in accordance of the sales tax laws in the State of Pennsylvania.
Payment Accepted:
To keep your costs low, we accept Organization Check, Money Order, or Cashiers Check. No personal checks please. If there is no other option than to send a personal check, please add three to five days to your delivery date as your check must first clear in our bank deposit.
Fundraiser Coordinators:
To make your fundraiser a fantastic experience, please include all fundraiser coordinators names, email addresses, and phone numbers. It is our goal to stay in touch with each organization as much as possible to make sure their fundraising campaign is on track.
Coffee and Tea Packaging:
We can label our Coffee and Tea packages with your organizations information. There is an extra $.15 fee per package to label each package, and a minimum of 75 any size.
Tea Brewing Instructions:
All of our Loose Tea packages include brief brewing instructions to make the perfect cup of tea.
